NECAM (North East Community Association Managers) is an exciting new organization designed exclusively for community association managers and board members in the north east Florida corridor (Clay, Duval, Flagler, Nassau, and St. Johns Counties) for the purpose of providing education for community associations. We also present terrific networking opportunities.
We meet quarterly at different locations in the Florida north east corridor (see our Event Page for a schedule of our upcoming event page). One of our programs is always the Legal Update which is our largest program of the year and features our Annual Trade Show with multiple door prizes. Plus we have two social programs each year including our Holiday Party. Each meeting features a different speaker and topic. A lovely meal is served and at least one door prize is awarded. Some of the past locations have been the World Golf Village in St. Augustine, The University Club, Jacksonville Golf & Country Club, Ramada Conference Center, and the Outback Steak House - all in Jacksonville. Invitations and reminders are distributed through e-mail and you can make your reservation through our web-site. Reservations are required.
NECAM’s partners have been screened to ensure that each partner is truly a company that specializes in providing services to community associations. You will have time to network with other managers and board members to help solve mutual problems. Each meeting, NECAM’s partners are available to answer any questions you may have on issues regarding banking, legal, landscaping, mold remediation, reserves, accounting, and much, much more.
All of this and it’s absolutely free to managers. Board members are charged a nominal fee to assist in covering the price of refreshments. There is no other organization like NECAM available in Northeast Florida. Want to be a member? Simply proceed to Membership Page and fill out an application.
